Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure to support our AI-native applicant tracking system.
  • Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to ensure seamless deployment and integration processes.
  • Implement and monitor system performance using advanced tools to maintain high availability and reliability.
  • Collaborate with development teams to design and deploy scalable solutions using AWS, Terraform, Docker, and Kubernetes.
  • Automate infrastructure tasks to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in the cloud environment to minimize downtime.
  • Ensure compliance with security best practices and industry standards.
  • Continuously improve processes and infrastructure to support business growth and innovation.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in DevOps/SRE roles with a focus on cloud infrastructure.
  • Proficient in AWS services and Terraform for infrastructure as code.
  • Strong experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.
  • Ability to design and implement CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment.
  • Experience with monitoring and logging tools to ensure system performance and reliability.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with cloud-native technologies and microservices architecture.
  • Familiarity with serverless computing and event-driven architectures.
  • Knowledge of security practices and tools for cloud environments.
  • Experience with infrastructure monitoring tools like Prometheus or Grafana.
  • Proven track record of optimizing cloud costs and resource utilization.
